a bunch of disenfranchised Yugoslavs who lost thier country in 1991
has gathered to launch its own new nation on the Internet. Citizenship
of Cyber Yugoslavia is open to anyone who feels yugoslav.The nation
launched on 9 September at www.juga.com
and promises to ask for UN membership and 20 square metres of
territory on which to locate its server, once citizenship reaches five
million.
